  • • Good design is effective.

• • What do you mean by climate conscious, or less waste and carbon footprint as possible?
  • Design is a vehicle of change, a double edged sword that could make the world better or worse. Designers are ethically responsible for this. For this reason, whenever possible in every project I take, I always try to make the most environmentally and/or climate conscious decisions before proposing any kind of design related solutions.
• • Where are you located?
  • I am based in Surabaya, Indonesia, but I am capable of working remotely for clients anywhere. Telecommuting means less carbon footprint, Mother Earth and our grandchildren would thank us for it.
• • When is the perfect time to have a discussion with you?
  • Anytime when both of us are awake, of course. You can use my meeting scheduler if you are from a different timezone than mine.
• • Why do I need design, anyway?
  • Because the world is changing and today almost everything is designed. Designers are your friends if you need help making your business thrive and prosper in this design driven era. Actually, I will let Mr. Monteiro explain a longer answer to that question.
• • How can you help me with my 99 design problems?
  • Here comes the elevator pitch… Having started designing since 2009, I have been involved in various projects with multiple scopes. Through all of those I have gained both generalist and specialist—so called versatilist—experience. This broad perspective makes it easier for me to identify design related problems of your business, as well as their relevant solutions. Although I may not possess every technical skills for any tasks, I am definitely always be able to help you with concepts and strategies through dedicated consultations.
